It focuses on the performance of the home, rather than cosmetic, code or design issues. Inspections are often performed during a real estate transaction, but may be done anytime.

This inspections applies to houses that are rented out as an income property. This inspection should be performed between tenants, or annually. This helps the owner have an idea what their property might need in the near or distant future. HST to be added to all prices.
Residential rental house. Up to 1500 sq. ft. Includes written report.
Additional charge for houses over 1500 sq. ft. A charge of $10 per 100 sq. ft. above 1500 sq. ft.
Inspection for commercial properties. Up to 4 units per building, and 1500 sq. ft per unit.
Additional charge for units over 1500 sq. ft. An additional charge of $10 per 100 sq. ft. above 1500 sq. ft. Charge is applied to individual units, not building total. (Example: an additional charge would be added if a unit is 1600 sq. ft, regardless if of the total size of the building divided by the number of units is less than 1500)
We prefer that you join us during the inspection. This is the best way to communicate any findings that there may be, and for you to share any questions or concerns that you may have.
